Do I have to make an appointment to have my phone fixed?

Most repairs like screens, batteries, charging ports, and buttons can be completed in 15 minutes without an appointment. Simply come into your local EZ Screen location.

Do you use OEM parts?

Many of our parts are OEM, if OEM parts are not available, we use only the most reputable suppliers for the absolute best aftermarket parts in the business.

Can your technicians only repair cell phones or can they repair other electronic devices as well?

At EZ Screen Cell Phone & Tablet Repair, we repair cell phones on a daily basis. In addition, we are also able to handle all types of electronic repairs including tablets, laptops & gaming systems.

Am I expected to pay for the repair before or after it is completed?

Every phone that we repair is different, and for this reason, payment is due after the repair is completed.

Why is my phone slower after updating to the newest version of software?

Older devices have been known to slow down if a recent software update has been installed because the phone’s hardware is not equipped to support the new features of the operating system.

What should I do if I drop my phone in water?

After you’ve removed your phone from the water, dry off the phone being careful not to apply any pressure to the buttons. If you’re able to, remove the battery to decrease the likelihood of a short.

What is the success rate of water damage recovery?

We are usually able to maintain a water damage repair rate of 80%. Sometimes
with water damage, the device can stop working down the road; if the device stops
working within 90 days of the repair, we will refund 50% of the bill. As always, we
have zero diagnostic fees. If the device is not repairable, you don’t owe us
anything.

If I have a warranty on my device, will any repairs you do void my warranty?

When a phone or tablet with a warranty becomes physically damaged, your warranty becomes void.

Do you sell parts or tools?

We do not sell parts or tools. We only sell refurbished electronics, phone cases, chargers, various accessories and of course offer repairs.
